Delivery Information

Your order is delivered to the cargo company to be sent to the address you requested within 3 working days after approval.

Delivery time and conditions may vary due to the absence of the addressee, the absence of the authorized person to receive the delivery, the transportation of the recipient from the address, etc.). The tracking process will start when your order is shipped. You can reach the cargo tracking number required to track your order by clicking on the relevant order in the "My Orders" section under the heading of my account menu. You can receive your order from the cargo officer in return for a signature by presenting a picture ID.

When you receive your product, please open the cargo box and make sure the contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any mishap, send the product to the cargo officer and return the product. If you are not present at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after checking the photo ID and obtaining his signature.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a notice. The second call will be made to the same address as of the business day following the release of the news note. Delivery will be made within 2 days after you call the Customer Service of Kargo and notify the time zone where you can receive your order at home.

It is not replaced the person taking the order after give an order.

All cargoes are delivered to you via  Cargo.

• You must complete your address information (address, street, neighborhood, street) in order to make your delivery accurate and easy.

• The tracking process will start when your order is shipped. You can find the required cargo tracking number in order to track your order in the "My Orders" section under the "My Account" menu in the relevant order detail.
